The topic will center around the proposed Bond Referendum from the City of Garland. The Bond Referendum scheduled for May 4, 2019, totals $423,700,000 in new authority and contains eight separate propositions for various public improvements. We will get a deeper understanding of these different prepositions and the impact it will have on our community.<\/p>\n<p>This luncheon will be held on April 15 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Partnership Luncheons are held at Richland College \u2013 Garland Campus in the Gallery.
